I had a lovely week off between jobs and had nothing to do but whatever my heart desired, which was to spend lots of time outside taking photos. Well, mother nature had a different plan, and instead, it rained nearly every single day, and I found myself cooped up inside with a bad case of cabin fever. I managed to scoot out to a coffee shop down the street and brought my camera with me out of habit. I found myself taking photos of people scuttling around in the rain or trying to find shelter while waiting for their bus to come. It was a pleasant distraction and I actually like some of the shots that came out of it. Next time though, I’m gonna suck it up and drag out the old plastic bag setup.
